You're invited to a cooking class at GingerSnap Patisserie, on Thursday the 18th of July!
GingerSnap is a patisserie celebrating the limitless potential people with disability. We create plant based desserts that spark moments of joy.
In this interactive workshop, learn how to make gooey salted caramel and a raspberry jam, get creative with your mousse piping skills, and turn these into a delicious Salted caramel & chocolate Mousse tart, and Raspberry Frangipane tart. You will be able to take your creations home, or eat them up in the class!

RSVPs are essential. Numbers are limited. Families are welcome however we may ask you to share equipment depending on numbers.
